Dear Approved Comfort,

“Your company has been providing quality products and excellent customer service to us for over 11 years. One afternoon, I asked if you could send a service technician over because our air conditioner was not operating correctly. Well unfortunately, we had come to a cross road, either dump a lot of money into an old system, or buy a new one. Well due to our current circumstances, there was no way we could afford any repairs let alone a new system. I paid the service fee and stated I would think about what I want to do.

A short while later I received a call from the owner Danny Martin who asked me if the service provided was satisfactory or not. He said in the past we usually make our recommendations and you always approve the repairs, so I notice a different response and wanted to make sure we met your expectations.

I hesitantly express my financial situation, and to my surprise, Approved Comfort immediately came out and repaired my system at no charge. They also went above and beyond just getting my air conditioner running, they also including services that improved its efficiency and performance. That was the icing on the cake. Who does that?

I was so overwhelmed with emotions, it took two days for me to call and say thank you from the bottom of my heart. No one has ever done such a kind thing for us like that before. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Approved Comfort. You are the only company that I would ever recommend to family and friends. I look forward to having a new system installed from such a great company when my circumstances are better.”
